The Art of Colours by Kaffe Fassett

As I am trying to educate myself about the different strings of inspiration that lead clothing designers to go from the birth of an idea to a product, I have notice that London’s Fashion and Textile Museum has announced that they will be presenting a major exhibition of work of the the contemporary textile artist Kaffe Fassett. Now I am not going to play you like a bitch by making you believe that I knew about him all along because I didn’t. What I have realised though is that for more than five decades,Kaffe Fassett has done highly influential working with clients such as Missoni, Rowan Yarns, the Royal Shakespeare Company, the BBC or fashion designer Bill Gibb.
